I do know that studies have proven that people who write down their goals and spend time in visualization exercises are far more likely to reach their goals.

I have a bulletin board over my desk. On it I have quotes that I like, photos of my neice and a photo of a victim in a case I worked on (to remind me of what I’m fighting for when I get tired). But I think I’m going to turn it into a vision board and see what happens. This could be a fun little project to do over the weekend.
