Ask yourself the following questions and write the answers down.
Do I run away from reality? Do I worry about my future? Am I full of admiration for the beautiful rose up in the sky?
Do I keep regretting about some sad incident that happened in the past till my life is badly affected by it?
When I wake up today in the morning, am I determined to make full use of every bit of the 24 hours ahead of me?
Does living in today make my life more interesting?
When do I start following this advice? Next week, tomorrow or today?
Steps of shedding your worries
Ask yourself: What am I worrying about?
Ask yourself: What can I do about it?
Ask yourself: What is the worst scenario that can happen?
Be prepared to accept the worst scenario.
Remain calm and clear-minded, think of ways to improve the negative situation.
I decide to put them into actions.
Ask yourself: When do I start taking actions?
Feel happy today’ strengthening exercise
I want to be happy today.
I want to re-adjust my mentality today to accommodate to my family, work and the different circumstances.
I want to start taking good care of my health today, doing the necessary exercises.
I want to start training my intellectual mind today, learn the things that are good for me and gain more knowledge through reading books.
I want to do 3 things today: first, do a good deed for others behind them, then do 2 things that I didn’t want to do but they are my responsibility to complete.
I want to be liked by others today. I want to make myself joyful, neatly dressed, gracious in my behavior, generous to others and no blaming on anyone.
I want to enjoy myself to the fullest the whole of today without giving a thought about what will happen in the future.
I want to draw a plan for today, listing what to do for every hour so that there will be no rushing and worrying.
I want to put aside half an hour today for imagining, about something that makes me most happy.
I want to face life with courage today, pursue happiness with great courage and enjoy life to the fullest, with no worries about losing my loved ones because I trust that those I love will definitely love me.
